The festive season is on its way and for many of us, it’s a time when we can have a holiday, relax and spend quality time with our loved ones. 

However, the Christmas period can also be a period of over-indulgence and stress for some - pigging out on large amounts of rich foods, drinking too much, worrying about presents, organizing family catch-ups, etc…

Also, many of the healthy habits that we have done so diligently throughout the year often fall by the wayside, such as finding time to exercise, getting enough rest and looking after our bodies in general.

This month’s theme is holiday tips, where you’ll find healthier alternatives to the foods you would normally eat at Christmas. There are also quick and easy tips on what you can do to help manage the stress (and fun!) of the festive season, as well as keep your body and spine healthy while away on holiday.
